Kindly submit any issues that you may wish to bring up at the 6th Annual General Meeting in writing under item 3 (to discuss any other matters) of the agenda to the OM Secretariat latest by Thursday, 30th November 2017, 12:00pm.

The closing date for acceptance of the nominations for the election of the Deputy Chairman (2 positions), Treasurer (1 position) and Committee (8 positions) is Thursday, 30th November 2017, 12:00pm.
